Private entrance. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This listing is on the first floor of a duplex. Though the entire place has been recently renovated, it is an older building so there is potential for noise from upstairs voices and footsteps. There is a Ring doorbell cam by the door, facing the back lot. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 4 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 4+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. PARKING: There is a parking lot in the back of the building. You will be guaranteed one spot. Please ask ahead of time if you plan on parking two cars, as there may be a chance that an extra spot is available, though this is not guaranteed. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $100 if you do plan on bringing a pet.
