Super 8 by Wyndham Prince George

All I can say is the kids loved it other than the beds. The beds were both visibly sunken in the middle. This was in room 164. Our friends stayed in another room and had great beds. Ours needs replacing badly. The worst part was the noise at night heard until everyone settled down for the night around midnight. (We use earplugs and still too noisy) The rooms aren’t sound proof at all. Upstairs or down. Our friends stayed in a room upstairs and had the same problem. The best part was the pool for the kids which is why we chose to stay here along with the included breakfast(yogurt, peaches fruit cups, white bread for toast, cereal, make your own pancakes, juice and coffee. Had milk but no cream for coffee which many voiced their disappointed ). Very minimal breakfast but kids were happy enough. Hopefully management can make a few changes to make the stay better for the guests to come.

Couldn't change the number of people that I was getting charged for with the room. Ended up getting given a different room because of it. When I explained, the front desk was not friendly. My other family members that were staying in the other rooms had no AC. The breakfast that was suppose to be buffet and included in the price was not free and was terrible. Would not support this hotel unfortunately again. It is disappointing how run down it is now

This isn’t a hotel, It’s a humanitarian crisis with a keycard. Imagine a Soviet-era prison block, but with a disgusting pool and a sauna that doubles as a disease research center. My ‘room’? A windowless concrete sweatbox with no AC that made me envy the other inmates with ventilation. Staff? Completely indifferent TFWs who’d probably shrug if the roof caved in. Every fixture was broken, every surface sticky with despair. the rugs resembled a Jackson Pollock painting under blacklight. showers had hot and cold running water, the only problem is you don't get to decide when it runs cold, and it will, just as you have lathered up. If you booked this dump for enemy combatants, the Geneva Convention would call it war crime. Super 8 should be ashamed for putting their name on this crime against hospitality.

I had a great room with very comfortable bed. I like the location near a mall. Great service and breakfast. Parking is good and atmosphere with all plants very nice with a fountain. They have a swimming pool but didn’t use it. Smiling faces at reception always ready to help. Thank you.

My personal belongings were stolen from a locked truck and trailer. Lots of shady people in the area. I would never return to this hotel again. Beware!
