"We stayed at Onse Rus Guest House only one night two weeks ago. We were treated as if we were returning known guests. The welcome was personal and warm. Both hosts engaged with us in a client-centric way without overdoing it. The room was excellent, with everything you need and a comfortable bed standing out. Breakfast was personal and well executed, with good check-ins on whether we were comfortable, satisfied and anything else we could need. In between, they called around for references on good restaurants en route to our destination. Although the facilities, amenities, location in town, and everything else were outstanding, the differentiation is the human touch, the quick conversation and the interesting stories that will bring us back.
