Clean and quiet, good breakfast

Pool was not very clean! My kids were complaining! Breakfast was amazing and dining area was very clean. My room smelled musty and humid and the door was chipped. Lots of construction around (not their fault).

Staff was excellent. Security at the door was excellent. Rougher area. Room was clean. Hotel was getting in need of a renovation.

The worst hotels ever Dirty . The terrible small old carpet . Breakfast is terrible to. Praise with tax 198 $.

1. Bathtub Condition: The bathtub was in poor condition and not usable for taking a proper bath. 2. No Complimentary Mineral Water: There was no mineral water provided in the room. 3. Lack of Room Service: There was no provision for room service during the stay. 4. No In-house Dinner Facility: Dinner was not available within the hotel premises; guests had to order from outside. 5. Miscommunication about Breakfast Timings: At check-in, we were informed breakfast is served till 10:30 AM, but in the morning, we were told it ended at 10:00 AM due to it being a weekday. However, after some discussion, breakfast was provided to us. 6. Unclean Elevator: The elevator was not properly cleaned and gave an unpleasant impression. 7. No Assistance to Room: No staff accompanied us to our room during check-in for a safe and guided experience. 8. Self-Carrying Luggage: We had to manage our luggage ourselves both during check-in and check-out. 9. Limited TV Channels: The television offered only a very limited number of channels. 10. Unclean Bedsheets: The bedsheets were not properly cleaned and had visible stains. 11. No Cutlery or Glassware Provided: When we ordered food from outside, no plates, cutlery, or whiskey glasses were provided. 12. Faulty Door Closer: The room door closer was too tight and required excessive force to open and close. 13. Missing Basic Bathroom Amenities: There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bathroom slippers provided. 14. Worn-out Mattress
