The hotel hardware is good, the restaurant service is very good, there are many handsome and beautiful brothers and sisters. The small disadvantage is that there is very little water in the room, and it has not been delivered after calling 2 times. The mini bar is empty, check in and check out because of Ctrip's problems, I waited in the lobby for more than 2 hours, and there was no water to drink during the period. Next time I will consider coming here for vacation. Ctrip really can’t comment. I made a full prepaid order. When I went to the hotel and said that Ctrip didn’t pay, I paid a deposit to check in, and then called Ctrip to deal with it. Ctrip sent me a message in the evening to tell me that it was processed. When I checked out Just refund the deposit. I checked with Ctrip again, hoping they will check it out and there will be no more problems. Ctrip online promised that there is no problem. When checking out, the hotel still said that the payment had not been received, and I stayed in the lobby for 2 or 3 hours on this issue. During the period, I also learned that Ctrip was sending emails to communicate with the hotel, so I was very speechless. In the end, Ctrip gave a 500 voucher to apologize. But I want to say that I prefer to have a pleasant trip, and 500 yuan is meaningless to me. Because of this problem, the travel plan was disrupted. I originally wanted to drive to Rabat on the day of check-out and go shopping for a while, and finally arrived at the Rabat hotel at 6 p.m. Clicked.

Son équipe est tout aussi accueillante et attentionnée. Nous remercions également Monsieur Rachid, responsable du restaurant Azura pour la qualité de son service, toujours impeccable. L’endroit est magnifique, l’ambiance agréable, et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute et le recommandons vivement.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Spa-Bereich war erstklassig – alles sehr professionell und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Vom Empfang bis zur Massage war der Service hervorragend. Herr Ilias hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts aufmerksam um alles gekümmert.
