Excellent property! The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated. Close to Chico and our concert location in Emigrant. We were able to stop in Livingston for groceries on our way in due to the great recommendation of the host. There was extra commodities we didn’t knowAbout like meat seasonings, spices, and coffee. Had a fire pit to hang out and roast marshmallows. All around a great choice to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Describing the cabin as luxurious is a big stretch. The porch furniture was broken and we had to sit on the camp chairs provided to enjoy the Mountain views. Keurig coffee maker only worked a few days and made quite a noise when attempting to make coffee. AC unit was noisy and inefficient The river is on the property but almost inaccessible due to the overgrown brush. Melted ice cream in our fridge upon arrival, was taken care by Melissa who made excuses for the young man responsible for cleaning the cabin. Outdoor trash can full and we had to ask Melissa to take it. Cookware, frying pans especially, were worn out and poor quality. The bedroom to the left that my wife and I slept in had a low spot in the center of the mattress, so an update is needed. We loved the location to the towns and the park. The bones of the cabin are quality, we loved the solid wood doors and nicely wood trim.

Wonderful home. So cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The house looks small, but lives larger inside. I would say that the views rival those inside Yellowstone park and the home is far more comfy than lodging in the park. Close to a great bakery in Emigrant. Drive to Sage Lodge for a gourmet dinner, just 10 minutes away.

A great cabin with all the modern luxuries inside. We enjoyed the location along the Yellowstone River and easy (and scenic) drive to Livingston. We explored the area and fished around here for three days before entering Yellowstone NP. Lots of birds on the property in the morning and great views made sitting on the porch a joyful way to start the day.
