I stayed in a twin room for 3 nights.
You can get to the center of Prague in as little as 30 minutes.
Depending on where you want to go, you may need to transfer, so I recommend purchasing a ticket that allows unlimited tram rides.
There is a Lidl and Rossmann nearby that are open until 8pm, so you won't have any trouble with daily life.
However, the guest kitchen is the worst of any hostel I've stayed in.
No one cleans up, the water is clogged, and it smells strange.
You should assume that you won't be able to cook.
Other than that, I was very satisfied with the facilities.
