We had no water supply for several hours and the hotel didn’t care to offer anything. Also they did not had the luggage storage facility which is very basic. Also the fridge freezer were not cold enough. The AC was leaking all the time so we stopped using it.

Nice building, large space with updated bathroom. AC worked well. Shower pressure fantastic (although did have an issue with water cutting out which was resolved within an hour). No washing machine in the 1BR but could have used an iron/board. Lots of food options, including the fantastic Artic Bakery.

Excellent place and location to stay when visiting Prague. Walking distance to all attractions. Don’t miss Petrin Hill for the best views of Prague. Took off one star for some of the minor annoyances. Kitchen table is not near a power source so it is impossible to work on it with a laptop. Provide extension… Drying rack for towels worked for one day and then stopped working. It would be good to have a “user manual” for the apartment, explain things like how to unlock the cooking range, etc. All in all, it is still an excellent place to stay and we loved it.

We were in a an apartment with a sofa bed. my only criticism would be that there was a sticky area by the sofa when the bed was put away. We had to keep the bed out. apart from that. beautiful apartment, great location. would stay again. thanks so much!

The property was beautiful and safe! It’s completely hands off (no reception on site) so you’ll need to be able to have access to cell service/WhatsApp to get the information to find your key, but it’s a great location! Will stay again!
