My wife, our son and I stayed at this Hotel for a couple of days. We enjoyed the stay, the staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was exellent.

Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. We had a family room and there were two double beds. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitly recommend this hotel.

We booked the suite with a balcony, which is located on the top floor and is very spacious. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although these are apartments, they are cleaned every day and new towels are provided. Unfortunately, the cleaning at The Viaduct is substandard. We spilled part of our breakfast (which is served in the room every morning) on the bedding, which was not replaced. The cleanliness of the beds was also below standard. We did not find the staff as friendly as most people wrote in the reviews here. Location is not 100% central, but large metro station is within 3 minutes walk. But, outside these few small things, The Viaduct offers spacious comfortable rooms, which we can recommend.

Lovely lovely hotel, interior and design are up to date. Spacious, very clean, comfortable beddings, strong shower, bath towel not as soft but really does the business of drying you fast, I like it!! I love this hotel, no nonsense, very quality, good location, central to everywhere we wanted to go. Accessibility is superb tram, metro and bus station just around the corner. Lovely breakfast too served in the room. I highly recommend this hotel. Staffs are friendly especially the room service people. They gave a little sweets bag when we checked out, a nice touch, but more than that we loved our stay there and would stay there again if in the city, definitely!!

We had an amazing stay, the room was bright and spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff super friendly and helpful and great breakfast delivered to our room. Totally recommended

Choose better
My husband and I stayed 6 nights. The neighborhood is a bit dirty and kind of far from the sites that bring one to Prague. However, the bus and metro are just around the corner. Also, there are two markets close by. We were served breakfast in our room and the under the table we ate on became filled with crumbs. They did not vacuum. We had a balcony that overlooked the parking lot. The lounge is tiny but had coffee and candy. At night there were parties, music and yelling which made it a bit hard to sleep. I would not stay here again.

A wonderful experience for a family stay; beautiful, simple decoration; very clean; very comfortable bedding Three very appreciated elements: the connecting room which allows privacy Breakfast served in the room with a lot of choice for dishes Very, very pleasant relaxation area Without forgetting the very good location close to buses, trams and metro to visit the superb city of Prague.

Great Boutique hotel
Everything since we checked in was great, staff friendly and willing to make everything thing work perfectly. Room was really big, decoration was lovely. Every room has a tablet to chat with the front desk, order breakfast the day before which is brought to your room every morning (top quality gourmet food), order food from outside. Even not being in the center of the city it's just a 3-5 minute walk to public transportation (bus, tram and metro). Hot beverages in room (replenished every day) and lobby as well as fruits and sweets at the lobby. Really happy for staying here, it was a family vacation with my wife and 13 year old daughter.
