Overall, a good stay at the Prachuap Beach Hotel. It was my first time staying here. The location was convenient for local shops, coffee, and restaurants to explore. However, not quite the beach-side hotel I expected. In order to enjoy the beach, it's a bike or scooter ride away. The rooms and bathrooms could use some updating, but overall a comfortable stay.

The hotel is right on the gorgeous Prachuap beach and the views from the upper floors are amazing. The room was quite basic but clean and well kept. There's no kettle in the room but there is free coffee and hot water downstairs. There are even some free bananas too. Shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.

Hotel type. No pool, located on the embankment, which is convenient for walking, but you will have to go to Ao Manao beach. Either by bike or by tuk-tuk (if you can find one) you can rent a bike for 250 baht. We tried to walk to the beach, it turned out after the high-security barrier there is still a lot of walking. A really long walk. At the hotel reception there is free coffee, tea, cocoa. Early in the morning during breakfast (costing 100 baht) they serve bananas and donuts for free. But they last until about 8-9 am. Later they are all taken away)

The room was nice, you can't ask for more at this price, but the door lock was broken when I came back at night and I couldn't get in. The front desk had to use a master key to open the door. Building 1 of their hotel has a better location

Bashu Beach Hotel is a 5-point recommendation! There are warm and friendly staff, a restaurant where you can see the beautiful sunrise and beach, very clean and bright rooms, free delicious small bananas and snacks, coffee, cocoa, tea... It was a pleasant stay.

I thought this hotel was excellent, a little dated by western standard but spotlessly clean. A three night stay and towels changed every day and bedding every other. Great location entrance one end on su suek Street which is an historic street and entrance the other onto the beach. Free tea coffee fruit and breakfast 100thb pp available

They have 2 blocks. The behind block have car park. But limited. The front block they have a notice stating that do not park in front as potential flooding can occur Free coffee and bananas are available for guests at lobby. You can pack your food and enjoy it at the outdoor seating area in front of the hotel. Weekend night market is walking distance. Good view from room facing sea. Everything is find about the room except for the lighting not enough.

I loved my stay here for 2 nights I would have stayed longer if not full. My room was at front overlooking the water. A very nice room to chill in and enjoy the view. The room was nice, wifi good and location perfect. There is free coffee and bananas and donuts in the morning which is generous.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Twice in the older building on the sea side, and once in the newer building across the street. This stay was three nights in the older building. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Bed was firm but not super hard. Small TV with no English channels. Only 2 power points for charging devices. Wardrobe and a small fridge, but no kettle, although coffee is available all day on the ground floor. Small table and chairs and a desk. Few power points for charging electronics. Excellent natural lighting, with several windows looking towards the sea. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and an easy walk to the seaside promenade. All staff were kind and helpful. They also rent motorbikes, well maintained Honda Clicks (125cc) for 250 thb per day. Overall a pretty basic hotel, but a good value. Based on my experience this time, I would stay here again.
