Water was initially brownish & need to run tap for awhile to get clean water. Room nice & clean. Stayed many times over the last 20 yrs when traveling (riding big bike mostly)to North Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia from Malaysia.

Good Location and easy to access. But hotel is a bit old but acceptable for low price. If the hotel renovate it would be better.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The room was spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a great view. The staff provided exceptional, five-star service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious and relaxing experience.

More than expected, the hotel is clean, the staff are very nice, A lot of parking place and the most impress is the breakfast, a lot of various type of breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay in the "Junior Suite" ( Really just an oversized room) but nice.
Easy walking distance of the Esplanade with its cheap inexpensive seafood restaurants and bars.
We had a car for our trip around Thailand and this was only a 4 night stay as part of 6 weeks.
But for value for money and location it was great.
Lovely staff too !

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was a very good size and very comfortable. We were only a short walk from the promenade, Culture Street and the train station.
We were made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here.
