Front desk is not very accommodating and they lock your room door at 11:00 am sharp can’t get in then they charge you to reopen

The service was very nice the lady at the front desk is very cheerful and nice. They have a pool and offer a hot breakfast. Great location close to stores, gas stations, and multiple freeways.

Breakfast wasn't served at the advertised time. I had to go out and buy breakfast that I hadn't budgeted for. Big disappointment.

During my four-night stay, my room was not cleaned on two separate nights. Despite making multiple requests at the front desk, even when housekeeping staff were visibly present, no resolution was offered. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that only three cleaners were available, which limited their ability to service all rooms. The only accommodation provided was the offer of fresh towels. Additionally, on the final day, we discovered bugs on one of the beds, which was deeply concerning. The breakfast service also fell short of expectations; it appeared to be offered more as a formality than a genuine bed-and-breakfast experience, as advertised. I hope you will take steps to improve in these areas.

Worst experience I have had. Despite having booked two rooms together, we were not able to get any two rooms near one another. Actually, we were in the two farthest rooms apart. The man who checked us in seemed very incapable. Only gave me a key card for one room at first and I had to remind him I had booked two rooms. One rooms was very hot despite having the AC on full blast and curtains closed the entire time. We asked for a fan and a broken one was delivered that couldn’t be used. Again, the desk clerk didn’t seem to be very apologetic or concerned. The curtains were ripped in the room and had gross unidentified stains on them. There were also ants in the bathroom. Roaches on the window screens on the outside to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open to try and cook the room down. Weather was constantly cooler outside the room the inside. The towels in our room were wet and when we went to get new ones, again, there didn’t seem to be much sympathy or care. The replacement towels we got were stained and very thin in comparison. In the other room, the AC didn’t work and one of the occupants woke up with swollen eyes from some sort of allergic reaction in the room or bed, which most likely means it wasn’t cleaned right. Will not stay here again. Very disappointed and upon check out, let the desk clerk know and she didn’t seem apologetic or seemed to have any idea of our struggles, which means nothing had been conveyed from the night before. Really disappointed.
