O WC do quarto pouco cómodo e com a torneira do chuveiro a funcionar mal (a água quente não se conseguiu temperar para água morna).
Falta de higiene nas toalhas de mesa do restaurante - são limpas com pano mas não as mudam.
Falta de comida e muito pouca variedade.

The rooms were dirty . , staff rude , AC DIDNT WORK, Food was horrendous. I have stayed at better 2 star hotels than this 4 star hotel. An embarrassment to this beautiful town. Stay clear of this hotel, so disappointing and out of character for the area.

A unexpected gem! The hotel is a bit dated but the facilities are excellent for the price point. The beds were very comfortable and toiletries available. Lots of outlets. No a/c but the cool night breeze was almost chilly. The pool is clean and refreshing, little shade though for the loungers. On site bar and restaurant. There was a wedding when we stayed so we did not have dinner. The breakfast was basic but lots of options —skip the scrambled eggs. If you’re doing the Camino it is right on the route…you walk out the door and are in the trail

Room fine but holiday total disappoining for food and bar facilities - tour rep informed and she said there had been complaints before - nothing was done to improve the dreadful food we were presented with - hardly any choice and repetitive menus on several days. Food poorly cooked and presented and totally unappetising

Então… Hotel 4 estrelas mas sinceramente havia de ser 3. Em relação aos quartos, camas e almofadas duras, casas de banho bastante limpas, ar condicionado não funciona o que achei um ponto muito fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas… Em relação à comida, muita pouca variedade, pequeno almoço bom, jantar com pouca variedade. Toalhas para piscina muito pequenas, piscina muito boa, água boa, chuveiros com bastante pressão e espreguiçadeiras boas. Tem passagem direta do hotel para a praia. Internet bastante boa. Hotel muito velho mas para um escapadinha passa. A comida apesar de pouca variedade era bastante saborosa. Funcionários simpáticos, a limpeza do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar. Fazem as camas porém não aspiraram o chão. O hotel deixa um pouco a desejar em relação a aparência, uma sugestão seria uma remodelação completa no hotel, é uma pena pois é um hotel a beira mar 🌊.

Hotel datado a precisar de remodelação. Ótima localização. Pequeno almoço muito pobre para um hotel 4*. Variedade praticamente nula, só sumo de laranja de qualidade duvidosa . Deviam mesmo rever este pequeno almoço. E uma crítica com intuito construtivo. Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos.
