Siamo venuti di domenica nel primo pomeriggio abbiamo iniziato il percorso ed abbiamo trovato: la sauna fredda, la grotta di piogge varie con acqua fredda ed abbiamo chiesto cosa stesse succedendo alle operatrici che stavano passando ed una delle due ha risposte anche con risentimento che avevano acceso da poco e che avremmo dovuto andare prima alle piscine. Insomma abbiamo perso 20 minuti a cercare di aggiustarci con il percorso benessere. Quando siamo arrivati alla piscina la jacuzi era fredda ed è rimasta così per le due ore che siamo rimasti così non l’abbiamo mai fatta per bene, cercavamo di resistere. Avevamo detto alla reception se potevamo restare mezz’ora in più e ci è stato risposto che potevamo poi siamo stati richiamati dopo neanche venti minuti e ce ne siamo dovuti andare perché stavano arrivando persone. Il nostro relax è stato limitato alla piscina e per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non è stato molto gradevole! Negli anni precedenti era tutto molto più confortevole. Non do 1 perché abbiamo fatto venti minuti di più che direi erano più dí recupero.

Abbiamo utilizzato il ristorante tramite l’applicazione The Fork. Staff gentile e cortese, menù di pesce ottimo. Prezzi nella media per rapporto qualità prezzo. Ambiente pulito e curato.

Una vera sorpresa. Location posta in un uliveto, curata, dove con le mani si tocca il mare sentendo i beneficio della collina. Camere e bagno spaziosi, pulite e fornite di tutto il necessario. Staff professionale e sempre attento ristorante ottimo e spa piacevole. Colazione completa servita da una signora super.

La struttura è bella , gli interni sono molto curati e il giardino è rigoglioso . L’addetto all’accoglienza è gentile e professionale. Purtroppo però il ristorante non è all’altezza dell’hotel. I prezzi sono molto alti e la qualità dei cibi è discutibile. L’atmosfera elegante del locale viene rovinata da una musica ad alto volume, che si sente anche se siamo stati cambiati di posto. Gli antipasti previsti nel meni di pesce sono stati arbitrariamente ridotti e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato sbrigativamente risposto che abbiamo avuto una porzione più abbondante di una portata . Niente benvenuto dello chef e niente coccole per il cliente. Inoltre conto sbagliato , naturalmente a favore del ristorante. Non ci si aspetta questo trattamento a prezzi così alti. La colazione è in una bella sala romantica , ma la romanticheria è interrotta da un enorme schermo della televisione che trasmette pubblicità e telegiornale. Non può essere spenta anche se i clienti non la vogliono vedere , mi hanno spiegato, si può solo abbassare il volume . Il buffet è ricco di dolci ma ci sono pochissimi piatti salati . In conclusione , l’esperienza potrebbe anche essere bella se si migliorasse (e di molto ) la ristorazione .

albergo molto bello, curato e pulito sia nelle stanze che nei giardini. Personale disponibile ma tutto questo non basta però a far raggiungere il massimo del punteggio a causa di una colazione assolutamente non sufficiente per servizio e cibo (appena sufficiente come qualità) e per il sovrapprezzo di 25 euro per il mio bassotto di 3kg a cui non è stato offerto nessun servizio nonostante stessimo in suite

Ho usufruito unicamente della Spa e ho trovato un rapporto qualità - prezzo assolutamente non adeguato. L'ambiente è bello ma poco curato: il bagno turco non funzionante, i bocchettoni delle docce emozionali parzialmente ostruiti dal calcare e nessun prodotto beauty negli spogliatoi. Per il costo di 60 euro (percorso spa di 2 ore) mi aspettavo decisamente un altro livello di servizio.
