Stayed recently for a few nights. Bedroom was large & clean though could do with updating & outside of windows cleaned! Room curtains were also a bit tatty & very thins! breakfast was good with courteous & efficient staff. Dinner in the restaurant was just ok, nearly everything on menu was either breaded or battered & not a vegetable in sight, not even to order as a side dish! Could definitely be improved. staff were friendly & courteous. Reception area has been revamped & is very welcoming & beautifully finished.

My husband and I as well as our 2 adults kids thought our one night stay was perfect as part of our around Ireland tour. The Hotel is quaint and charming. We didn't eat there but we did enjoy drinks and played pool and darts in the evening. We had one reno'd room and one that wasn't but both were fine. After staying in busy Dublin and Belfast...the quietness was thoroughly appreciated. Rooms were spacious. All staff was very friendly and helpful. *The Rope Bridge is a must as is Giants Causeway. The restaurant in Portrush we really enjoyed was called: The Quays Bar

The food was beautiful, the breakfast was especially good - everything was cooked to perfection and nice and crispy etc. The room was super clean and comfortable, it was a good size as well. The bed wasn't good unfortunately, it was bowed in the middle and we kept falling into the middle of it . Loved all the dogs running around the bar in the evening. The staff were lovely. We wanted to watch the UFC match and the bar closes at 11 - so the bar man set us up in the lobby with the TV on. The only thing is the guy on the desk then turned it off and cleared our drinks when we got up to smoke. Maybe he thought we were finished. I will 100 percent be coming back here.

Amazing stay. A close by hotel let us down and these guys stepped up. The staff are fantastic. Young lady who runs the reception is such a breath of fresh air and Jack runs a great Bistro and Bar. Delicious Guinness too! The room was spotless as was the ensuite. Bed was very comfy and the extra pillows were a great addition. Was also a fantastic price. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the breakfast team very friendly and welcoming. We started with a buffet of cereals, toast, juices and fresh fruit and yoghurt. Fruit was delicious and the toast machine toasted the bread perfectly. I took the small fry and it was so nice. Great potato bread, sausage, bacon, egg and beans. We will definitely be back. For us, the best thing was the friendly and professional staff! Well done guys

My second visit to this hotel and again it was wonderful this time even better because they had finished a lot of the renovations. The room was immaculate. Love the LVP flooring. The breakfast area is beautiful. Food was fantastic thank you to Erin who served us hotel staff and reception extremely helpful thank you again to Emma. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to anybody who needs to stay in that area very accessible to Giants Causeway and Bushmill’s area the view of the beach across the road spectacular A+ for cleanliness of hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. Friendly staff and clean room however that’s where the good ends. The room was near to the road with noisy traffic on main road and then woken in the night by drunks going to their room to find drink spilt near to our room. We had a light bite to eat in restaurant in the evening and ordered loaded potato’s. To be blunt a child of 2 would have had more skill cooking what was given to us. Dry potatoes with minimal effort or skill in preparation! Next morning went for breakfast and it was absolutely completely and utterly disgusting and food I wouldn’t serve to pigs! Cheap and nasty ingredients that was deep fried in what tasted like old oil. Again zero skill from whatever so called cook they are employing!! So left without eating breakfast and totally disgusted!! This hotel needs to take a serious look at the waste of space unskilled so called chefs that work for them as they are badly letting this place down!

My husband and I spent one night after our last visit, 3 years ago. Many changes to the interior have occurred and it all looks great. Friendly staff and a good breakfast made our stay complete. Hope to return😊
