Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Buona e abbondante la colazione, irlandese o continentale Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante, buono nella norma. Bella la posizione sulla costa del mare. Personale gentile, qualche difficoltà con l'italiano.

Have recently returned from a three night stay at this hotel and have to say it was a very pleasant experience having approached same with some trepidation,why,a stay in any accommodation that welcomes family pets isn't one of my first choices,stay at hotel was made possible having received gift voucher. The staff throughout the hotel are a credit to the establishment,welcoming reception staff,massive bedroom with modified ensuite and extremely comfortable bed,freshly prepared breakfast each morning,what more does one want.I did find that choice on dinner menu was a little restricted but one would not be hungry.One of many reasons for visiting Causeway Coast and Glens area is to dine at the many excellent restaurants from Ballycastle to Portstewart and this was enjoyed in abundance.Stay was blessed with superb weather.

Love this hotel. Location is lovely. Staff excellent. Rooms are good. /breakfast is average. what lets this down is the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on one night. I ordered the fish and chips (in a seaside resort thought this was a good choice. How wrong was I. At best the fish was Tesco finest frozen and at worse Iceland multi pack. It was a frozen triangular fish of some nature which had been cooked in a deep fat fryer. Not good. such a let down. It was greasy and horrible. Advised waiting staff but its not their fault. Felt sorry for them having to serve that. For the fish and skin on fries again frozen it was I think £16. The cost of the actual produce I would guess £1.50. Rip off.

Chouette hotel avec chambres spacieuses, bord de mer très bien situé pour la chaussée de Geants et Dunluce castle. Gros point fort : ils acceptent les chiens dans les chambres! et on sent que les animaux sont vraiment les bienvenus chambres très propres. Hotesse charmante. Bon petit dejeuner, pourrait faire un effort sur le café! ( de l'eau colorée). pas de boissons chaudes pour les enfants (thé ou café uniquement, dommage. ) par contre je deconseille le restaurant de l'hotel même si pratique, les tarifs sont très elevés! pour des burgers, 3 menus enfants, pas de dessert, pas de café, 1 verre de vin et une bière.... 170 euros! addition vraiment trop salée.

Not been here for years over visiting family thought call in, food use to be great Unfortunately now food only for the hotel residents which find a little surprising So unless you are staying here don’t bother calling We will trying restaurant over the road The Tides
