Serviço ruim, funcionários não devem ser felizes bahianos como a maioria desse povo maravilhoso Cobram por toalhas de piscina Não tem secadores de cabelo no quarto Cobram travesseiros adicionais Chegamos no hotel umas 17h, as 18h por ex não tem opções de comidas praticamente Funcionários nada simpáticos mal explicam o serviço disponível Espero que a partir de amanhã melhore ou que a gente passe mais tempo fora que aqui 🥴 Triste… escolhi por ter uma area kids atraente para minhas pequenas… parece ser legal pelo menos isso, vamos ver

Hotel excelente. Funcionários atenciosos, limpeza nota 10,comida muito boa. Apartamento espaçoso e a cama uma delícia. Ótima estrutura para crianças. Próximo das praias de Coroa Grande e Cabrália....que são maravilhosas. Super recomendo.

Resort ok. Apenas não gostamos do tira gosto oferecido no bar que fica na piscina. Tudo aberto com moscas pousando. Achei péssimo, mas no geral o resort é bem legal devido a sua localização na orla e estrutura do local.

Um resort que de resort não tem absolutamente nada..as refeições são as mesmas, sem variedades, funcionários mal educado, não dão informações, mal sabem o que acontece. Fiquei 5 dias , não vi a programação, eu que corria atras, quarto normal, internet não funciona, não tem um entretenimento, musica, ou si quer alguma atração, chuveiro pessimo, economizaram no box, o banheiro vira uma piscina. Ate os ubers falam mal do resort que não é resort. E pior, os hóspedes se acham, num lugar que é pessimo… Se não fosse os passeios, eu teria me frustrado muito mais em Porto Seguro. Não indico esse “hotel”!!

Gostei muito da recreação, salvou o hotel com muitas atividades de lazer, o funcionário que mais se destacou foi o tio paçoca. Só não gostei muito da parte da alimentação.
