Good location in the historic center, nearly all top locations of Porto

The hostel had a great location. There are plenty of places to explore and restaurants near by. The host are super kind and friendly. They offer great recommendations for food!

The hair dryer is not equipped in the room. The downstairs bar is utterly noisy until 2 am, and you can feel the shake of the floor. They provide u with a small taste if Porto wine. The kitchen has nothing but a microwave to cook, so it is barely a kitchen There’s no water kettle here. The old man who is working as a janitor there and is also living in their 4 bunk bed is constantly very rude to Asian customers. So be aware. Could be racist, his own trauma, stereotypes, or simply anti-Asia. U can see he was smiling to other guests one minute ago and then scolding u in harsh language to u in the next minute. Location is good enough. The reception is only a place with frugal table with keys on it.

Incredible, everyone is super friendly, I would go again

The room was very cheap, so I thought it was worth the money. I found a sock in the crack of the bed. I charged for towels, but they didn't provide towels. There was no hair dryer either. You get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised when I first arrived. It felt like an antique house renovated from a private house. It felt like I was living in 18th century Europe.

very good! I can check in even with my broken English, the bed is very clean, and there is a public bathroom with locked door and hot water which is very convenient! Next time you go to Porto, you can also book a place very close to Lello Bookstore. If you go south, you can visit the entire Porto.

All good. Nice and clean place. Well located . But don't forget that it's a hostel and you share a room! You have a private locker, but it is quite small.

Всё понравилось, интересное место. Чисто в номере. Единственное- камера хранения не позволяет туда положить практически ничего. Размер очень маленький.

Vcs são péssimos e oportunistas

The Invicta hotel is perfectly placed, minutes from Plymouth Hoe plus has its own carpark which is a bonus. Roy and his wife have a really well kept and well run hotel, our bedroom was a nice size, comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was really good and freshly cooked, all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Will definitely revisit next time we are down in Plymouth.

Pros: I absolutely loved this place. I’ve been to MANY hostels in my life but it was the first one where staff told me when I was leaving: “it was nice meeting you!” They brand themselves as family ran business I don’t know if they are family but definitely you could feel the aura of friendship, kindness and welcoming. The beds are attached to the wall so there is no issue with people going over or under your bed. The place is clean and smells nice. In the reception they also sell some cool sneakers. All was more than great 😊! 5 ⭐️ I’ve booked 1 night initially - I stayed 1 week. Cons: The only thing is missed was kitchen to cook - there is only microwave and kettle to heat up the water. It is not hostel dependent - there are bars and restaurants outside if you’re staying in the room by the main road prepare for very loud Friday / Saturday nights… and I mean reallyyyyyyy loud.

The team of the Invictus Hostel was great. They recommend me a lot of good places and thy were very friendly. Very centric place and good value for the price. The common spaces were very clean and the hostel offers a kitchen and a lounge where the guest can stay and relax. I strongly recommend this place if you want to pass a great time for a good price

+ Each bed has a small lamp and its own electric outlet. The bathroom was shared by 4 people only. The location is great in the city center. The staff was nice. I could store my luggage after check-out and pick it up later. - The wifi didn't signal wasn't strong enough to work in the room where I was staying. The key to the locker was able to open someone's else locker, I found out by mistake when I didn't check my bed number properly and opened another locker with my key. Didn't feel safe keeping my valuables there. The hostel is located on a busy street so it was noisy during the night.
