Very good service

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappointment was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Fantastic hotel, very central & within walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms have all you need & the breakfast was fab.

Great hotel to stay at if visiting Porto. Modern and fun feel. Friendly staff and great location. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff are friendly and so helpful, it’s in a great location, the rooms are spotless and the decor is fun and cool. There’s a lovely lounge and bar area to relax in and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also well positioned to see everything in Porto.
