We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The whole team provides very professional service and are always helpful. The hotel decor, room and amenities are all luxurious. The location is convenient and within walking distance to most tourist attractions in the old town. Most importantly, what you see in the hotel website is what you actually get on-site (which is not always the case)!

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but it is quiet and safe. The room was clean, the room and bathroom were large enough, and the bed and bedding were all good. The interior was antique, so it felt like staying in a restaurant, and the middle-aged male server was kind and helpful, which was satisfying. I have stayed in many countries and many hotels, but this was a really good breakfast even among regular 5-star hotels. The price of accommodation is high in Porto, but it was a satisfactory accommodation that felt worth it. The only downside is that I booked 2 nights for 1 night and 1 night, but on the 2nd day, the card I had previously received didn't work. However, they immediately resolved it and I had a good time after that. If you want to stay comfortably, I recommend this place.
