Of the 5 hotels I stayed at in Portugal, this was the most uncomfortable. The room was spacious, the outdoor pool was pretty, and the interior was nice overall. But that's all. It's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide slippers. The interior is so structured that you can't live without slippers. It's a 5-star hotel. Even if you close the shower door tightly and take a shower, the water leaks out. I don't know if it's just the room I stayed in. There was no explanation about breakfast, so I was worried about whether I should pay for it, and the menu was difficult to order. The staff was very kind. We arrived later than expected but were warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink. The hotel was wonderful. Brilliant staff who would do anything they could to improve your stay! Lovely garden oasis to come back to after a day exploring the streets of Porto. Our room was spacious and clean and the turn down service was a treat! Restaurant recommendations from staff were excellent and the hotel itself is perfectly situated to explore the city but also to get to and from the airport with ease, being a 1 minute walk away from the metro station.
