They are unfriendly and rude. A staff member discuss with me because I put my trash in a shopping bag because there was no Bin in the room except in the bathroom. The staff member tried to Dady that I have to put the trash in the bin in the bathroom which nobody can’t identify directly if you have trash. So try to avoid this place for your trip if you want to have have happy days in Porto.

It’s nice location and clean also good price to stay for some days.

Super staff, pre arrival in terms of what’s app messaging the details given I was arriving after midnight. Great directions and just very very nice. Nice clean hostel, private toilet and bathroom. Privacy in the beds with a throw over curtain, good bed and comfy. Overall, really really good.

Central location, I could visit everything by foot without using public transports. Friendly and professional Staff. Very clean place, respecting covid precautions. Amazing and comfy "capsules" that made me feel not sharing the room with the others. Finally, nice common areas (with Netflix, PS4) with a garden and bar that is a real gem in the middle of the city.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet Hostel ! L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre, il est à proximité des principaux sites touristiques et des transports, ce qui permet de tout visiter facilement. Le staff est absolument génial : toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Un vrai plus ! Le ménage est fait régulièrement dans la journée, l’hostel est très propre. Mention spéciale au propriétaire, d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance remarquables. On se sent accueilli comme à la maison ! Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Porto.

⸻ Ik heb echt genoten van deze charmante plek. De keuken is goed uitgerust, alles is schoon en het team is ontzettend gastvrij. Je voelt aan alles dat ze dit met veel liefde en toewijding doen. Na twee dagen in Lissabon besloot ik dan ook om terug te keren en opnieuw hier te verblijven. Hartelijk dank aan het hele team voor jullie warme ontvangst. Ik zal deze plek zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die naar Porto komt!

Un excellent choix d’hébergement pour tout type de voyageur ! J’y suis allé seul mais j’y ai rencontré plein de gens sympas grâce aux espaces communs très bien pensés. L’hostel est central, bien desservi par les transports, et on peut facilement rejoindre tous les lieux d’intérêt à pied ou en métro. L’ambiance est détendue, les chambres sont confortables et tout est très propre. Mention spéciale au personnel toujours disponible et souriant. Un vrai bon plan, je reviendrai !

Hacia más de 40 años que no iba a un hostel (albergue en mis tiempos), el lugar muy céntrico de casi todo la experiencia genial, LUGAR MUY CÉNTRICO Y CON UN PERSONAL MUY AMABLE. Desayuno muy bueno, limpieza excepcional. Mejoras posibles, el extractor del baño de la tercera planta que está las 24 horas (no molesta pero para que las 24 horas funcionando) y una inversión en el doble acristalamiento y no porque moleste el ruido, sino cuestión del clima. También disponen de una habitación doble en la planta baja. La composición de la gente más joven que yo es obvio y diversa. Un gran saludo este lugar.

Super auberge vraiment bien situé. Tout est propre, le lit est confortable et grand, j’ai bien aimé le fait qu’il y ait des rideaux pour l’intimité. Et le jardin et le bar sont très agréables. L’équipe est super sympa et très gentille, ils m’ont bien aidé et conseillé.

Struttura comodissima e in pieno centro della città. Pulizia eccellente, spazi comodi, dalle camere al bagno, dalla cucina allo spazio per lavorare. Connessione Wi-Fi molto buona, staff sempre disponibile con ottimi consigli per visitare la città. Possibilità di fare anche la colazione, fornitura di asciugamano al costo di 1€ e utilissimo cassetto con chiave per custodire bagagli e oggetti mentre si è in giro. Quando tornerò a Porto alloggerò qui perché mi sono trovato molto bene.
