Um hotel all inclusive, com muito charme e qualidade!! Hotel relativamente pequeno, se comparado a outros da mesma pegada, mas que entrega um serviço de qualidade e excelência! A comida é a bebida são divinas! As bebidas são de qualidade superior. Muito bem preparadas! Drinks deliciosos! Vodka absolut, tequila José curto… cervejas das mais variadas marcas, inclusive das verdinhas (lembrando que na área da piscina somente em lata). Tem chop Brahma, espumante a vontade! Tem carrinho de picolé e sorvete, além de um food truck (que não tive tempo pra experimentar). Os petiscos na área de piscina são muito gostosos e são repostos ao longo do dia! Só jantei no restaurante estilo buffet… mas nem precisava de outro, pois a comida é divina! Muito bem preparada!
O atendimento é excelente, realmente diferenciado! A área da piscina conta com bastante espreguiçadeira e guarda-sol. O hotel é muito lindo! Puro charme. Apenas duas observações… o refrigerante de lá é Pepsi (eu particularmente não gosto), mas isso pra mim não foi um problema! E os doces, apesar de muito lindos, não ganharam meu coração. Mas isso tb não será um problema, pq tem tanta coisa gostosa… que o doce é o de menos! E só comer os croissants com calda de chocolate DIVINOSSSS no café da manhã

Razoável, hotel em boas condições, comida ok, bebidas excelentes, barulho das obras no hotel para a construção do novo andar comprometem sua ecosustentabilidade, o barulho proveniente dos trabalhos começam logo pela manhã e intervem retirando a experiência e a sensação de estar em meio a natureza.

Verdadeira experiência premium
Experiência incrível nesse resort. Começando pelo atendimento no check-in, todos foram muito solícitos e cordiais conosco. Fiquei 3 noites que facilmente poderia ter ficado mais. Por ter experiência em outros resorts, inclusive com o vizinho Enotel, com 3 noites hospedado, já iria comer na vila de Porto de Galinhas, mas o Westin, a variedade de comidas não deixou ficar enjoado da comida. Incrível que o restaurante não tinha aquele aspecto de bandejão de outros resorts. Muito bacana você não precisar amanhecer na praia para pegar um local bacana para passar o dia, muito bom o fato de a piscina ficar próxima ao mar, contanto com um bar molhado e a poucos metros tem mais petiscos, bebidas e espumantes, e ainda próximo há outro bar que é incrível. Não tem fila para pegar drinks. O que poderia melhorar era o serviço de praia com um suporte melhor para colocar guarda sol. Tudo é de muito bom gosto e muito qualidade ótima. Os quartos são espaçosos, contendo banheira e varanda para o jardim. Os quartos são limpos e arejados, talvez poderiam melhor no serviço de quarto que pedi um jantar romântico e eram meu pedido e ainda foi incompleto, faltou colocarem a foto do casal. Cada bar serve uma carta de drinks diferentes, o que melhora a experiência. A experiência realmente foi premium.

Ótima experiência, lugar tranquilo, comida de qualidade, atendimento espetacular. A única ressalva que eu faço é com relação aos colchões, que achei muito moles, causando um pouco de desconforto a noite, mas de resto foi tudo ótimo.
