The overall quality is perfect, but the sound insulation in the room is really poor, and the sounds from upstairs and next door can be heard clearly.

Check in foi muito confuso, hotel não possuía informações da reserva nem do pagamento que já havíamos feito e queria cobrar novamente. Até o momento do check out não haviam recebido informações da Trip sobre o pagamento antecipado que havíamos feito. Eu havia levado cópia impressa da reserva bem como da confirmação. Situação constrangedora. Certamente não vou reservar mais pela Trip.com para não passar por essa
