Hôtel parfaitement bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la baie d’Ajaccio, chambre propre et fonctionnelle. L’équipe nous a accueillies avec gentillesse, ma fille moi et notre chihuahua. Un tapis de couchage ainsi qu’une gamelle ont été mis à disposition. Je remercie particulièrement le spa où j’ai pu apprécier un soin du visage extrêmement relaxant avec une professionnelle très sympathique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien fourni et l’équipe serviable.

L'atout majeur de cet hôtel est son emplacement avec accès direct à la mer, plage privée et vue époustouflante sur la mer. Cependant ce Sofitel mérite une rénovation complète. Les salles de bains des chambres sont vieillottes, la piscine a l'eau de mer a besoin d'une rénovation et la décoration de la réception n'est pas à la hauteur. Le ménage des chambres est cependant impeccable. Le personnel est très gentil. Les prix du restaurant et surtout de la brasserie sont trop élevés. Nous avons fait plusieurs activités nautiques: jet ski, paddle, bateau... Et l'organisation était parfaite! Globalement de très bonnes vacances en famille mais l'hôtel a besoin d'un coup de jeune.

HAS BEEN !
L'emplacement de rêve et une vue à couper le souffle compensent les faiblesses d'un l'hôtel a bout de souffle. Les chambres dont le principal atout est la literie Mybed, pour le reste, mobilier cheap, SDB minuscule et vieillotte, et je parle d'une chambre supérieure . Le pdj servi sous forme de buffet est copieux et varié. La thalasso est très bien.

Séjour fin octobre 2024, chambre agréable, vue magnifique, petit déjeuner excellent, piscine un peu fraiche (affichée à 25°C), une voiture est nécessaire, offres restaurants autour de l’hôtel (- de 5 Km) très faible et très chère fin octobre.

Tolle Anlage, sehr schöner Pool sowie Liege und Chill- Möglichkeiten, grandioser Blick auf Iles Sanguinaires. Vor allem aber hervorragendes Restaurant unter neuem Chef und Patissier. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I would like to share my experience of staying at the hotel. I really liked the hotel's grounds, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. But I have to give a lower rating, as I did not receive attention to my request about the management of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel on November 11, we could not be checked into the hotel because there was no light and we were offered accommodation at the Hotel Campo Dell'Oro 4*. The next day we moved to the Sofitel Hotel and enjoyed our vacation. However, I did not receive a response to my request for a recalculation of the cost of arrival and a refund. I have repeatedly sent an appeal to the office. I understand the technical issues that may arise at the hotel, but I paid the amount for staying at a 5* hotel, not 4*
