Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Portage, IN ★★★
"We went to hotel because we were still in the dark with no power at home from storm that hit us 10 days ago. Hotel looks nice. Once in the room, there are floor tiles cracked(broken movable pieces), chairs are visibly worn out, carpet is worn out and some edges are torn and sticking up. No TV service maybe due to storm as well."
Hilton Garden Inn Chesterton ★★★
Econo Lodge Portage ★★
"It's good, economical and affordable."
Tru by Hilton Valparaiso ★★★
"Opened in June 2026. Rooms are modern and clean and a good size. Staff are very friendly. Location is good. Breakfast is not as good as other places with similar complementary breakfast. Overall, recommend staying for a convenient and comfortable stay."
Hampton Inn & Suites Valparaiso ★★
"The hotel itself was great! Clean rooms, comfy beds, decent breakfast. I had a booking issue with my room and when I checked in no one was at the front desk. There was just a sign saying they would be back ASAP. I waited for several minutes. Finally called the hotel and she answered. She seemed annoyed that I called. Apparently she was the only one working which I understand but we had been driving several hours and we are tired too. Then with the wrong"
Days Inn by Wyndham Portage ★★
"Not a great location but if you are traveling its an affordable place to stay. Basic amenities. The breakfast was good and wasn't expecting it."

Comfort Inn & Suites Porter Near Indiana Dunes
"There was something down partly in the bathroom and breakfast was not very great. There is no healthy options and the coat and box for single use are fatal to the environment. The location wae super and the rooms very large and clean"
Spring House Inn
"The wooden building is very large, the balcony is outside the forest, the morning sun through the branches, the environment is beautiful. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are fruits and yogurt, and the most favorite is the water purifier. "

Valparaiso Inn Bed & Breakfast
"We had a wonderful atay at the Valparaiso Inn B&B. Jim communicated so well with conformation, information about check-in and Valparaiso. The suites are beautifully appointed and the home is a peaceful trip back in time. You can feel the love and care that Jim pours into the inn. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our only regret is that we only had one night there. We will certainly return."
