This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal! Auch für Kinder ideal. Mit eigener kleiner Bucht vor dem Hotel! Die Hotelmanagerin „Pepi“ ist ein Wahnsinn. Sie organisiert alles und ist in jeder Hinsicht behilflich. Ich habe selber einen Betrieb und man kann sich derartige Mitarbeiter/Manager nur wünschen! Vielen herzlichen Dank! ich bin überzeugt, dass das Hotel auch deshalb so gut funktioniert!

There is no complains, we really had a great time at this hotel and the staff was the nicest and most positive i have met, they greet you like family. For me it is a 100 out of 10. Really great. Service and everything on point. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Looking forward to see you guys next year.

One of the most professional hotels I have ever stayed at, offering exceptionally kind, attentive, and remarkably helpful service throughout the entire property. No matter the question or request, the staff handled everything with true professionalism and a genuine desire to make the stay perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are beautifully designed with unique, thoughtful details that make the experience truly memorable. Everything is spotless thanks to the delicate and meticulous cleaning service. The pool area is stunning, and the spa is nothing short of perfection- every little detail has been carefully considered to create a deeply relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel’s Italian restaurant is also a fantastic choice, offering delicious dishes in an elegant setting. Another highlight is the beachfront restaurant, located right by the shore, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. Whether you are simply looking for a peaceful escape or celebrating a truly special occasion, this hotel is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pepi was very kind and spoke so many languages, I spoke to her in french a bit which was cool ! The weather was cloudy for the 2 days I was here but the hotel experience was so nice it wasn’t much of an issue. Thank you for having us :)

Super freundlich - perfekter Service - vielen Dank an Pepi Rodriquez und alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Wundervolles Zimmer - durch ein Upgrade durften wir die Panorama Suite genießen. Leckeres, kleines Frühstücksbuffet. Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen definitiv wieder.

War sehr toll im Hotel. Kommen sicher wieder. Idt gzt gelegen und hat einen guten Anschluss an Palma. Das Hotel bietet einen Parkservice und es viel Service im Angebot enthalten. Vorallem vielen Dank an Pepi sie war sehr zuvorkommen immer. Ebenso das andere Personal war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
