This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.

Perfektes Design Hotel unglaubliche Zimmer und fantastischer Meeresblick . Sehr herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sprechen Deutsch Englisch. Super Lage mit Eigenem Parkhaus . Rooftop pool und Liegenbereich. Am Hotel direkt kleiner Strand. 24h Fitnessstudio und super Spabereich Absolut empfehlenswert.

Menuda escapada más especial! Recomiendo este hotel 100% por su ubicación, diseño y servicio del personal. Hotel pequeño, 66 habitaciones, ubicado en primera línea con unas vistas increíbles. A la llegada el botones nos reconoció, abrió la puerta del coche y cogió nuestras maletas, un inicio sin duda de lujo. El check in lo realizamos en un salón junto a la recepción rodeado de interiorismo y mobiliario de Marcel wanders. Pepi fue una gran anfitriona, nos cuidó de inicio a fin, pero en general todo el personal fue un 10 desde recepción con Dani, Mikel, spa así como limpieza, Ana, Rosa, Rebeca.. Gracias por tanto cariño y por el excelente trato. Pero sin duda el corazón de este hotel se siente con su director general, Cosmin. Felicidades por el excelente trabajo, volveremos!

Our stay at The Donna Portals from March 14 to 16 was truly fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful design and a relaxing atmosphere, but what made it even more special was the incredibly kind and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. Even in March, the hotel was amazing, and we can’t even imagine how incredible it must be in the summer. From the service to the ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!
