This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.

la calita would be lovely if guests from Donna Portals didn’t treat it like their private beach. Fair enough if you’ve got down and going back for breakfast reserve it for 30 mins, even an hour, but to not be able to use a sunbed there and then because they’ve been reserved indefinitely with a towel strewn across is just selfish - especially on a public beach.

Great service and excellent venue The beach at the side is a perfect spot to relax and just 20 Mt walking distance The spa pampers you with its exquisite design and pro masseuses Will repeat the experience next year for sure

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. All the staff were amazing, especially the men that done the shuttle busses. They couldn’t be more helpful. Reception staff were also very helpful. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future

Erstklassiger Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Abends sogar mit einem extra Service, Pantoffeln am Bett und frisches Wasser auf dem Nachtisch.

We stayed at this hotel recently for a long weekend, it’s a stunning hotel, right on the beach. The modern rooms are beautiful with comfy beds and choice of pillows. Lovely chilled out oool area with quality sunbeds. All the staff are ultra friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back

We had such a lovely stay at The Donna Portals as a small family with a 3-year-old and me being 7 months pregnant. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and surprisingly family-friendly. Our Junior Suite with side sea view was perfect—quiet, spacious, and comfortable for naps and early evenings. The staff were attentive, always offering a smile and help when we needed it. We appreciated how relaxed yet sophisticated the vibe was—never felt out of place traveling with a toddler. Highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere elegant that still feels easy and warm.
