Phenomenal arty Hotel— seaview (Room 801) and stunning beach, the location is impressive too (near Puerta Portals walking through the beach: full of yachts, great food and shopping and 20 minutes from the capital Palma by a cab and taxies to Portals cost €4.80), the arts everywhere are excellent. The design is wonderful.. • The sports activities ( I came to paly golf every day and it’s the best in Europe with 19 courses, additionally there was yoga and Pilates too, cycling and hiking the mountains). •The SPA is fantastic (I recommend the Thai massage for 90 minutes with Noi—you are with special clothes on a floor matress and you just become her ‘slave’ afterwards!) The prices are very good (plus they were super generous and gave me vouchers for 20%). They sell artisan perfumes from Barcelona and ultra luxury facial pharmaceutical-standard cosmetics from Germany. • Collagen shots evey day did surprise me and healed my aching joints. •The bars and restaurants are so romantic. •The rooms are glorious— specious, I did yoga. Little balcony with an ashtray for my cigar and a double smokey wiskey (watching the world go by and the swimmers or the beach cafè). •The entire environment is ever so relaxing even in the winter! •Temperature of 24-26C was good for swimming amd sunbathing also. •The staff is exceptionally caring—and all delivered with a smile and warm friendliness! Thank you so much, everyone. One of the best Palma de Mallorca experiences that I ever had! Truely. •I was NOT charged for two shots of espresso— they were a genuine gift! Small bottle of Rioja and a giant blue—pottery was full of abundant fresh, seasanal, local fruit and it was left for me to enjoy! Wow. I shall be back soon— alone or with friends. All season are wonderful to be YOUR guest. But November is special as the Christmas lights are just wrapping the palm trees in the capital’s old town. Muchas Graçias. Thank you very much. Our stay at The Donna Portals was truly amazing. Everything from the atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. My family and I enjoyed every moment — it honestly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Mallorca.

We stayed at Donna Portals this past August 2025 for a friend's wedding. It was fantastic! From the minute we arrived to the second we left the service was outstanding! Before we arrived we communicated with the concierge team. They sent recommendations, booked dinner and spa reservations and answered each and every question we had quickly and in our language (English).  Upon our arrival the members of the staff greeted us with warm smiles. They led us to a balcony that had a breathtaking view and brought us beverages to start off our vacation with a relaxing check in process. This was amazing and truly appreciated after a long travel day! The entire property was modern, clean, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, but the staff really made our stay amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Pepi at the front desk. She went above and beyond for our group. Our interaction with her brightened our day. She truly made our experience extra special! Our expectations were exceeded in every way. We look forward to going back to the Donna Portals and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Mallorca!
