The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The room is a bit old, but it is still very comfortable to lie by the pool during the day. The pool seems to be closed at 6 pm. I don't understand why. There are very few Asian faces.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. If you are not traveling by car, you can only get in and out by bus. The bus station is not too far away, which is acceptable. I was given a room facing the swimming pool. The view is OK, but at night because there are people drinking at the pool bar, The conversation will be louder, the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, overall I am satisfied with the above

My wife and I have now just returned from our 8th visit to Tomir Portals, that should be enough said ! This hotel never dissappoints, the location, cleanliness, facilities, bedrooms, views, the pool, buffet breakfast (our favourite) the staff and managemnt are all first class - we love being here, and will be back again next May for sure. If I were to ask one thing to try and improve it would be the draft lager at the pool, very lifeless and noticable now not many gents drinking, can`t just be me. All other drinks are great. We were fortunate to be there on a Friday morning this time, serving smoked salmon for breakfast, my own favourite (lots more choice in the buffet) - you might want some of the complimentary bubbly with it. We always eat out in the evenings, and always take the short walk up the hill to the village Portal Nous, this has several lovely restaurants and plenty of variation. Also a great sports bar - The Ship, if you want to enjoy some of your favourite teams playing when eating. The hotel is also a short 10/15 minute stroll away from the beach if thats more your thing than the pool, the beach to the left of the Marina is now very busy and expensive, I would recommend the more secluded beach to the right side of the Marina, take a cool box/bag as no bar or eating available but much more enjoyable for space and swimming. I would recommend this hotel to any couple that love all the above, can`t wait until May 2026, see you then Tomir Portals !

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We needed a 3 night break as a family of 4 with 2 grown up daughters and this place was perfect. The attention to detail, the welcome you receive and how you are looked after throughout your stay is incredible. The breakfast was my favourite part of the day as it was so chilled, in the perfect place and the food was incredible. The smell throughout the hotel is just gorgeous The view from the junior suites with sea view was stunning. We will definitely return to this hotel and we are so lucky to have found it at such short notice for a little break. Didn't want to leave. Thank you all at Tomir portals for a lovely little break at your stunning hotel. Xx

We have just returned from a 5 day break at this lovely hotel. We could not fault anything, from the appearance and cleanliness as you arrive, for the customer service throughout the team however a special shout out to Carmen who was amazing. The breakfast is fantastic great selection. Pool area great pool bar and rooftop bar have everything covered.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel set the tone from the minute we checked in when they said go and help yourself to breakfast, which was a nice touch. The hotel felt brand new and was excellent value. The rooftop bar was open from weds and glad we got to have a drink up there as it has excellent views. We’ll definitely be staying here again if we come back to Portals as the hotel is only a 5 mins walk down to the marina so the location is perfect.
