The place need a overall maintenance in public areas, the rugs in the aisles of the rooms and the windows, in the exterior side of this ones. This little inconveniences were rapidly forgotten by the fact that the staff at the front desk were very kind and professionals.

Just a few issues..
Hotel was very nice. Only issues was shower head needs to be updated as it had very little output regardless of setting you put it on, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash needs better placement as you keep hitting your arm on them, and mattress needs to be updated, feels very ‘springy’, as you can feel the springs when you lay on it. But hotel was very clean!!! And water was HOT!!

Great clean hotel and spacious. Very close to restaurants and a mini golf/ restaurant/ bar. The breakfast was far better than your average hotel breakfast with plenty to choose from.

GOOD service started at the front desk checking in for my room. The room was all cleaned and room cooling system was very good. Next day breakfast was excellent. This was my second time at this hotel and i will be back again when i see my daughter.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. They served eggs, bacon, carnitas, and the traditional bread, fruit, muffin, and oatmeal options etc., as well as waffles. If all Homewood Suites hotels are like this I will be switching from their Hampton hotels to Homewood Suites.
