This is an awesome place, like most Hampton Inns, BUT this place is brand new, the customer service is second to none, it's fresh, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is great! Luv live Hampton Inn!

This place is horrible management horrible parking horrible, customer solutions or recovery horrible I see new faces every time I walked around I was there two weeks and management changed housekeeping changed it was appauling , staff look afraid when you ask for help I am shook this place is open

Hotel has a stop work order adhered to the front door, yet there were construction workers sawing and doing drywall work today! Ice maker on the floor with our room did not work. Toilet on first floor near lobby does not get enough water to properly flush. Took 20+ flushes for barely any toilet paper to finally go down. We were so disappointed we decided to just drive the extra time to go home instead of staying here. We live an hour and a half north but had been at a swim meet near this hotel for over 12 hours and just needed to crash. Avoid this hotel! It is definitely being removed from our list of options when booking for swim meets nearby.

DIRTY & smells horrible! If u want a dated, gross & under MAJOR renovations..this is the place! When we first walked in I just thought maybe it'll smell better once he turns on the A/C...wrong, even worse! I can live w/the noise & construction...but the SMELL, how DIRTY the bathroom was & then the GROSS sheets & pillow & floor..NO WAY! A local restaurant nearby said that the owner is from another country & will do anything to not spend any $ to fix anything & if he has to, it'll be the cheapest way possible & to cut corners. Maybe it's time "someone" calls a hotel inspector, county/building inspector & BBB. Everything the restaurant owner said was obviously the truth.

They were remodeling the entire hotel and never mentioned it prior. Hardly any parking due to equipment.
Don’t even bother putting pillows out. Your head sunk straight to the bed. Horrible.
