Services: Staff are described as friendly and attentive, with positive feedback on breakfast quality and overall hospitality. The environment fosters relaxation, supported by the availability of recreational activities and the peaceful natural setting.

It is sad that this accommodation did not suit us, as looking at the photos we were looking forward to staying. It became the first place in many many years of travel that we have left a early. I was disppointed that no one was interested to ask us why we were leaving - they just wanted to reinforce that we wouldn't get any money back (and it wasn't a cheap night and it doubled when we paid for alternative accommodation). For us the layout of the cabins was a difficult. Preparing food in a room with the bathroom sink and next to the toilet and shower, and then carrying it past the sleeping area to cook on the deck was not to our taste. Having the kitchen clean up space on the deck (or use the bathroom sink for food) led to a lot of moving things back and forward. Cooking on the deck may have been pleasant if the weather had been slightly cooler but when the gas burners were went on, with the mosquito nets on place it became unbearably hot. The mosquitos were pretty fierce. Only the sleeping area has airconditioning so when it is very hot you are preparing food in a hot kitchen area whether you choose the deck or the bathroom/kitchen, We were looking forward to the swimming pools but there seemed a lot of rules and the pools were smaller than we thought and the fresh water pool, particularly, was crowded. We did try eating out but most of the restaurants suggested were closed although on the last night we found decent places to eat but they were quite a long drive away. We left because the experience was ruining our trip.

Checkin no problem, even in the middle of the night. Very friendly staff. Great natural pool. And Port St. Louis has more charme than expected. I'll come back
