When we were leaving the hotel, I said to the very kind doorman that Brix will be one od the key reasons for iur eventual second visit of Trinidad and Tobago. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is outstanding (you can experience reachness of Trinidad cousine). Roof bar is very nice, drinks are very good, food is reasonable, but not to be recomended. Staff is kind and efficient, even for standard of kindest Caribbean country we have visited - Trinidad and Tobago. So, If you chose Port of Spain, Brix is our recomendation.

Brix is always great. From the time you step out of the car, there is a genuine warmth from the persons who work there. My choice of place to stay by farrrr in Trinidad. Breakfast buffet, although I don’t have much, would make anyone happy. Lunch and dinner menu- a great variety. Room service persons are always so cheerful. Gym is excellent. I could spend hours in there! Front desk persons are always ready to help. They are lovely. Shout out to Sudhaa Janelle thanks for your help during my stay ~ note: everyone is great! The aesthetics are lovely and room is snuggly sleep worthy. Day can become night with the great black out curtains and it’s never noisy! Lastly the cafe downstairs is a huge plus. Persons working there, again, always great help and cheerful. The yogurts and fab coffee are my go to! Oh and lastly lastly the roof top bar is a nice “lil” vibe right there if you need to free up yourself when they have the dj! Thanks team Brix. Keep up your high standards!

The location of this hotel is perfect — easy access to the Savannah, Port of Spain, Lady Young Road, and just a stone’s throw from Queen’s Hall. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Candice at The Marketplace. As a coffee lover, I always use half and half, and I was a bit disappointed to learn they didn’t have it. However, Candice went above and beyond! She showed genuine curiosity about what “half and half” was and offered me other options to make my experience enjoyable. That kind of effort truly speaks volumes because I could have easily walked away frustrated, but her warm attitude completely turned my morning around. It was my husband’s 50th birthday, and even though he didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as much as I did, we were pleasantly surprised to find a cake and a thoughtful card from The BRIX Hotel in our room. That personal touch meant a lot. Overall, a wonderful stay — excellent location, thoughtful staff, and memorable service.

We stayed at th Brix Trinidad for a weekend in November. From the moment we arrived, and met Nathaniel, we knew full service was definitely on the menu. He was warm an engaging and made us feel right at home. Another stand out persons were Candice who delivered our room service with a smile, made us awesome smoothies and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter loved having a robe to lounge in and we loved the full sized bath towels. We had an island view room and the sunsets were magical. The art on display was amazing and the thoughtful, beautiful pieces in our room and throughout the hotel evoked the cultural and arristic wealth of Trinidad and Tobago. The food was great and the atmosphere of the Exchange was a lovely fusion of bygone Trinidad and contemporary flair. 10 out of 10 Brix. Well done.

Our server Tonya was very pleasant which made our first time experience a enjoyable one! Will definitely return and I hope she is our server again ☺️
