Always choose it. I'm business travel. The hotel was international standard. Everywhere was clean. The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Food was excellent.

The room was well kept and clean, staff at the front desk were very warm and friendly and the staff made us feel so welcomed. They were like family. Rooms Care Manager, Leslie Ann Dorner-Byron hats off you you and your team.

The hotel is clean, great facilities, however the best thing about staying here is the staff! The hotel is under renovation and they updated us on any possible noises. All the staff were so friendly and helpful in an authentic way. They also left little treats in our room and the housekeeper did hand written notes when she cleaned our room. The only downside was the strength of the WIFI, but perhaps it is due to the renovation. I most certainly will be back.

The staff’s attentiveness was second to none — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout my entire stay. Each day began with a thoughtful note left in my room, a small gesture that gave wings to my day and reminded me that I wasn’t just another guest, but someone whose comfort and experience mattered deeply. Whether at the restaurant, front desk, or in-room service, every interaction reflected a strong, well-trained team who clearly understood the nature and demands of travel. It’s rare to find a hotel where you feel so seen and supported, but this Courtyard truly delivers. A special kudos to the HR Manager — the staff is a credit to your leadership and hiring choices. You've created something truly special here. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and deeply appreciative. I’ll absolutely be returning — and recommending to all!

I enjoyed a T&T inspired breakfast. Great team in the dining hall, Tracey made me feel welcomed and at home. Engaged in conversation and took the time to explain the offerings. Additionally, Chantelle Dillon & Shanice made my breakfast a memorable dining experience. My complements to Chef Sheena for a delicious assortment of local treats.
