The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty room, smelly dirty refrigerator. Nothing good in our room or my sisters. Had to ask for TP, towels, wash cloths and didn't have any face towels. Will never stay here again. Needs major tear down or massive refurbishment.

Nice location land scape is clean but the rooms not kept up at all very sad there’s no excuse. Enjoyed the environment around Oxnard a hidden gem the people are friendly and polite the weather is excellent sunny with a cool breeze the beaches are amazing.’m
