DO NOT GO TO THIS MARINA!! It is a liability and extremely dangerous. We didn't feel safe walking on the docks, there were holes everywhere. The docks were up on land on the low tide. Terrible service and the price had gone up over double from the last two years. Plus the Chinese food restaurant was closed, not that I would go, it was all so run down. The laundry facilities were also in shambles and what dryers were working, took forever to dry. Port McNeil is a MUCH better option. But seriously, it's not safe here.

Easy to find. Super clean. Quiet. Great view of harbour. Had to leave before breakfast so they packed us a lovely bag breakfast in morning. Would have loved decaf coffee in room and bed could use a topper. (It was definately firm) Near to ferry terminal.

General Manager is a con. Says pet fees were waived in the morning to get us here then said they "pet fees are common knowledge" and finally denied service when shown proof the animal was stated on booking.

Booked a king room , ocean view on top floor. Got there they put us on the first floor in a queen bed suite. Nice room but not what I wanted. It was loud and one of the 2 tvs didnt work. After a couple complaints, they moved us to the top floor to a king bed room. Staff are very friendly . If we stay there again we would book directly. The staff blamed ******* for the mix up.

I like this hotel, I stayed a few times and people are nice and the rooms are clean. Only major complaint is the mattress. They were painful to sleep on. Other than that, it's a cool little place and they accept dogs.

Great view over the harbour. Close to town. We had one complaint and the manager bent over backwards to accommodate us.
Full breakfast was good and if you have to leave early, they give you an option of a bagged breakfast.
Overall l recommend this establishment.

Nothing fancy, if your fishing location is a 10. It’s old and dated. Beds are probably 20 years old. Breakfast is good. Front desk people are friendly. Carpets are very dirty.
