Nice quiet environment. Facility wise cleanliness is alright but can be better. Bath tub a bit old. Have some insects and flying inside the room. The rest is fine.

訂房的時候沒注意看，還好抵達酒店時間是工作時間，前台告知兩大一小不能住標準間，需要加錢住一室一廳，價格還算公道2晚100刀。一室一廳真的非常好，超大衞生間還有洗衣機和烘乾機，簡單廚房，在超市買了早餐吃了一頓非常豐盛的早餐。整個酒店其實就是一個獨立的社區，裡邊有別墅、單間、和apartment，停車免費，環境非常好，很安靜，度假好去處。

We stayed in room 57/1 it was mouldy, dusty and the carpet had stains, the balcony was filthy and the grouting in the bathroom was black instead of light grey. When leaving the (owner) didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay just took the key, I think because she knew we weren’t happy with the accommodation after complaining about the state of the room. We would have left earlier but due to it being a busy period it was difficult to find other accommodation last minute.

The mark of a memorable holiday is when you come to the end of the holiday and you either 1. Want to go home or 2. Want to extend your stay. If it's the former, i.e., you want to go home, it's a fair bet you want to forget your holiday. However, in our case, we wanted to extend our holiday indefinitely because it was outstanding. The Paradise Links fulfilled all our expectations. Thank you

Will never return. Compared to Blue Lagoon Resort Trinity Beach which was half the price, this resort was below standard for a 4star resort. Fridge wasnt working and had to be replaced, frying pans and saucepans scratched to hell & dirty, clothes airer rusted, burner on stove not working, washing machine faulty, kitchen utensils not appropriate for hot food/cooking (tongs were melted), laundry basket cracked. Some items were replaced but pointless for us as we left the following morning. No follow up call when we weren't there to address issues. Travelled with friends with similar issues. Apology insufficient.

Beautiful, well-maintained surrounds, spacious room with large bathtub and amenities with exemplary, above and beyond service. Can’t recommend enough. My only negative is that I only stayed one night. Will definitely be back next year.
