The location is a 10-minute walk from Port Douglas. There are all kinds of cafes and restaurants at the door, and it is only 5 minutes away from a large supermarket. However, various small shops will close later on weekends.

I have been going to Port Douglas for work regularly for many years and after a few visits have been staying at San Michele for years. Perfectly located on the main street , awesome accommodation, great value, so comfortable, great facilities and extremely friendly. Just love it and would recommend over all other properties. You honestly won’t get better

Stayed here for 3 nights with an Intrepid Tour group. Very nice,luxurious and comfortable apartments with kitchen, refrigerator, laundry facilities. Two swimming pools. Several levels with stairs. I do not think they have an elevator. There are two nicely decorated enclosed pool areas. The apartments are on the main business street in Port Douglas with plenty of cafes, coffee places, restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques. A short walk to the beach area to watch the sunset. A bit further walk to the docks.

Our 2 weeks at Villa San Michele was fantastic. Very central to walk everywhere, The staff go above & beyond to assist with any issues, Special shout out to the fantastic Receptionists Angie & Sara for all their help & the amazing Yerko who is an all round Mr Fixit, who also helped me with my phone issues. 10/10 Highly recommend you stay here. Pleasantly surprised. We had an upstairs room, which was ample in size with a kitchenette, lovely ensuite, a king size bed, and a balcony to sit on. Pools and spa are great, staff are friendly, and location was ideal. Car park a bit tight, but works.

This accommodation was perfect! It is located right in the middle of the town so you can get to anywhere you need to. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay and it was so comfortable! The hosts are also incredibly welcoming and will help in any way!
