We stay at water chalet (not premium) and the room slightly small compare to others we stay before. My baby sleep on the small bed near window and we suspect there got bed bugs because her face and leg are being bites. However our bed no problems.
This is a old resort but overall still acceptable. We are there during school, breakfast time are too crowded until we can't even get a plate. But can see the staff there are trying their very best to handling these scenario.

First room had a few lights not working. Someone even stole the lightbulb of the lamps. Few lights in the toilet does not work. Had to change room, second room had a cockroach. Had to kill it myself.
Other than that, it was a great location. Quiet and nice ambient. Morning was nice too.

There are many mosquitoes and the facilities are old. It takes a long time to clean the room the next day. The shower at night is cold water. My friend caught a cold. It’s really not worth the price.

Hmmm…we stayed in the room facing the garden. When we arrived, the balcony floor was littered with cigarette butts. The toilet couldn’t flush well and the bathroom had a bad odour in the morning.
I hope the management can take action as soon as possible. I really like the garden here.

It saddened me that it wasn’t as clean as my last visit. Dinding berlumut dekat belakang kepala katil, sampai je lepas check in toilet basah (depan bath tub), tiles dekat bath tub pecah, nasib baik notice awal so anak-anak tak terkena/ luka.
