What I love is the sea view. The television is not functioning properly, blurry for all channels and no carpet on the floor.

Pillows in the premier chalet room were too thick and hard...poor cleanliness and no shower get in the bathroom.
Service at the front desk was fast and good and food quality wws good.

The hotel offers a beautiful view, but the room facilities, overall atmosphere, and furnishings are outdated and in poor condition. The pricing is on par with a 4–5 star hotel, yet the quality does not reflect this. The property would greatly benefit from renovations. I would only consider returning once improvements are made.

Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort.
Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead.

Bathtub water cannot be released, the shower head is not working, and the shower gel cannot be pressed out, the technician wants us to wait inside the room instead of changing us to a new room. (Wasting time waiting for them to repair the bathroom.) Other than that, in the public swimming pool too many china tourists, cutting in line when playing in the public area.
Overall, the sea view and breakfast was wonderful.
