the hotel look old, abandoned, not well maintained. the service is not professional and unfriendly. first room given the digital lock of the door is unable to lock, the mattress is sagging terrible, request to change second room. the second room is dusty and floor super dirty, but we have no choice but to accept it because this is the last room available.
