Hicimos una reserva antes de semana Santa para un fin de semana de junio especial puesto que era una fecha señalada, debíamos atar fiesta en el trabajo, hicimos los pertinentes planes de excursiones, viajes, etc.... Con más de dos meses de antelación. Como tanto mi pareja como yo trabajamos en el sector hotelero y sabemos como funcionan las reservas mediante tour operadores, por deferencia a compañeros del sector contactamos directamente con ellos para poder hacer la reserva por la web y así el hotel tener menos penalizaciones. Quedamos de acuerdo en modo, fechas, precios, etc..... Anulo la reserva del tour operador y llamo de nuevo al hotel para confirmar la reserva a través de su página web. Todo correcto. Pues bien, la semana clave en la que llamo para confirmar la reserva me comentan que se ha anulado debido a que no había dejado ninguna forma de pago asociada (perdón??? Llamé una vez anulada la reserva por el tour operador y "confirmada" según ellos a través de la web y NADIE ME COMENTÓ esta necesidad!!!) A sabiendas que trabajo en el sector y se pide de forma habitual, llamo para confirmar la reserva y el prepago o pago completo y .........OOOOHHH SORPRESA!!! Han anulado la reserva sin ni tan siquiera contactar antes para preguntar!!! (cosa que nosotros en nuestros hoteles SÍ hacemos) Lo más triste es que solo es un "disculpe, lo sentimos" sin darte más solución aún reconociendo el error. Un fin de semana de encanto especial en una fecha señalada al traste porque ahora ni hay disponibilidad alguna en ningún hotel, ni aún queriendo pagar precios desorbitados se encuentra nada. Por nuestra parte, serán todo críticas negativas en el sector trabajamos y nos movemos puesto que entendemos que no ha habido empatía, responsabilidad ni sobre todo ganas de solucionar el problema

Estancia fenomenal, hotel a un paso del mar, personal atento y servicial, spa de lujo y exclusivo para estar con tu pareja, en el restaurante La Timba, se come muy bien, el desayuno es buffet, con fruta fresca, cereales, comida caliente y fria, camareras muy amables, la limpieza en las habitaciones es inmejorable, seguro volveremos, hemos encontrado lugar para repetir. Habitaciones de diferentes precios, pero, perfectas para dormir. El pueblo es tranquilo, no abarrotado de gente.

La personne a l accueil désagréable au lieu d’une chambre grand lit nous avons eu une chambre apart hotel avec deux lits séparés literie tachée dont le voisin du dessus effectuait un déménagement portes claquant la nuit. le spa 45 euros privatif : lieu froid la moitié du jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas température de l eau 36 a peine rideau de pluie à l’entrée petit déjeuner industriel mediocre vraiment déçu

Bon niveau de confort et d équipements
Bon niveau de confort et d équipement de la chambre avec cuisine. Manque un peu d isolation phonique entre les chambres.
Café d accueil mais pas de thé alors qu il y a une bouilloire. Accès privatisé au spa 45€/heure.
Buffet petit dej varié et qualitatif avec une belle offre salée.
