Just spent two weeks in this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, so peaceful and our room had a lovely view over the marina. The hammock on the balcony is a really unique and lovely touch. The infinity pool is massive with a stunning backdrop however is a tad on the chilly side so wasn't used as much as we would have liked. We never had any issues getting sunbeds. All the staff are so helpful, friendly and always recognise you. Special mentions to Marcel on reception who booked a couple of our trips and was always so friendly and Antonio in the bar who always knew our order. If we are ever back in Alcudia we won't be staying anywhere else.

DAS Hotel in Alcudia. Perfekt für Paare die einen erholsamen Aufenthalt geniessen möchten. Sauber gepflegte Anlage mit einer top Bar. Umschlossen vom Meer da direkt an einer Landzunge gelegen. Halbpension kann ich hier wärmstens empfehlen da täglich regionales Buffet zur Auswahl steht.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, stunning views over the bay and of the sunset from the pool and the bar and restaurant, cocktails are delicious and we had lunch in the snack bar, which was also delicious, we had breakfast and it was plentiful and tasty. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the port to choose from, it gets very busy but we loved coming back to the bar as it had the best view and chilled evening entertainment. All the staff are friendly and helpful. You get a free paddle boarding voucher with your room, to use in the bay. The beds are really comfy, we got a ground floor room, so no hammock, which was a shame. The pool is beautiful and we never had trouble getting a sun bed at anytime of day, we loved sitting at the front and watching all the activity in the bay. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel 5 stars is because the WiFi didn’t work for the whole 10 days we were there, we reported it several times but it never really worked anywhere for us, not a problem for me but a big problem for my teenage daughter! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Port de Alcudia.

Had an amazing stay here with the family. From the moment we arrived ALL the staff were brilliant. The rooms were clean and modern. We had 2 rooms next to each other so had a double mini private garden. The pool is lovely with fantastic views across the bay which was very therapeutic watching people trying their water sports in the sea. The pool didn't feel busy, it was never a problem to get a sunbed and the water aerobics was great fun. Good choices for breakfast which changed slightly daily. The lunch snacks were delicious and the bar was a delight to come back to at the end of the evening to wind down, watch the entertainment, sip on the BEST cocktails (which weren't shy on the alcohol), enjoy the views and have good banter with the bar staff. Only a short walk to other bars, restaurants, shops and water sports. All the staff worked so hard, always smiling and are a credit to the hotel, we will definitely be back.

Just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. There were simply no negatives. The staff are amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The pool is a great size, lovely and warm with fantastic views across the bay. We stayed B&B and breakfast was plentiful. The location is superb - a very short stroll from the bars, restaurants and shops but extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday but still close to all the action. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from Botel Alcudiamar 8 family from 11 to 79. My partner and I had an amazing suite with a big terrace with table and chairs, and a small garden with private sunbeds and sunshade, all overlooking the infinity pool and sea beyond. The room had sofa, chairs, table and chairs, kitchen area with all utensils, microwave and fridge. Bathroom had bath and shower cubicle. Beds were comfy if a little creaky. Pool towels are provided and can be changed 3 times per week at no charge. The pool was so warm and easy access. Every member of staff was friendly, smiley and helpful. Food was plentiful, breakfast excellent, evening meal not always to our taste but always found something to eat and most family members enjoyed it. The hotel has it's own gate through to the lovely sandy beach where watersports can be found. There is a mini market 2 mins away and further shops, bars about 10 mins walk. The beautiful marina is round the corner and holds a market some evenings. The Old Town is full of character but does get very busy, plenty of shops and restaurants and a market on Sunday. We had an amazing time at this truly beautiful hotel with the kindest friendliest staff.

De vuelta en casa. Vacaciones en Baleares como tantas veces. Pero, en esta ocasión, fuimos muy afortunados al descubrir el Botel. Desde una ubicación magnífica, sobre las rocas, en el extremo del espigón, disfruta de unas vistas extraordinarias. Cuando traspasas la puerta y te encuentras con aquellas estancias tan luminosas ….. ya piensas “aquí me quedo”. Pero el mayor encanto de este hotel, su tesoro, es su personal. Esas caras sonrientes, siempre una palabra amable, pendientes en todo momento de que el cliente se sienta a gusto …. ESO NO TIENE PRECIO!!! Mil gracias a Nadine y todo su equipo, a todos aquellos que con su simpatía hicieron que disfrutáramos mucho de nuestra estancia en el puerto de Alcudia. Recordando los buenos momentos pasados con todos ustedes, un fuerte abrazo desde Gijón. Sol y Angel Monestina

Es impresionante su ubicación en primera linea de playa , con que te hace sentir dentro de el , con novedosa zonas de relax y gastronómicas dentro del hotel y en su entorno. Pero lo q realmente mas impresiona es la altísima profesionalidad y hospitalidad de su equipo, cuidando cada detalle para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables! Una carta con una excelente relación calidad precio te obliga a la probar excelentes bebidas y platos que deleita a toda la familia!! Felicidades a todo el staff , son lideres y referente para que llegue a Mallorca el turismo de lujo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fab hotel. We only stayed B&B as we wanted to take advantage of all the local restaurants, but have complaints about the breakfast buffet offerings. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and made every effort to cater for the customers. There was a good range of evening entertainment which finished at a reasonable time and then the hotel quietened down allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel has a lovely outdoor space with plenty of loungers and a great pool which has hardly used. We would happily return to this hotel.
