Ik had zeer goede reviews gelezen over dit resort en heb daarom ook voor Alcudia Garden gekozen. Nu eenmaal ter plaatse is het natuurlijk geweldig om te ervaren dat de reviews werkelijkheid zijn! Wij zitten in het Palm Garden gedeelte bij gebouw 9. Mooie studio’s/ kamers, fijn balkonnetje (we zitten op de begane grond) waar je je handdoeken kunt laten drogen. Het is hier rustig, je zit zo bij het zwembad en je bent ook snel/makkelijk bij het andere hoofdgedeelte met het grotere zwembad. Geweldige sfeer, leuk entertainment. Water basket gedaan, gisteren Spaanse les gehad en vanavond de Lion King. Super behulpzaam personeel en een goede keuken - ook een bio corner aanwezig! Wat ik ook heel relaxed vind, is dat er dubbele gordijnen zijn, dus lichtdichte kamers. Ik ben hier met mijn twee tieners, zij slapen op de twee aparte bedden en ik slaap op de slaapbank, ik heb de twee matrassen op elkaar gelegd, werkt goed! Fietsen gehuurd en naar het oude stadje. Dichtbij het strand… dit hotel is echt een mega aanrader, ik hoop hier weer terug te komen!

We stayed at Palm Garden apartments for a week with our 3-year-old son and had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean and comfortable — simple but everything we needed — and the beds were great, which made a big difference after active days out. One of the highlights for us was the separate pool area. It was much quieter than the main pool, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, especially with a little one. Our apartment had a spacious terrace which was great for relaxing in the evenings. The beach is just a short walk away — less than five minutes even with a stroller — and the location overall is really convenient for families. We didn’t have breakfast on the terrace, but the food we did try at the hotel was tasty and had good variety. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they made us feel right at home and were so sweet with our son. We’d absolutely recommend Palm Garden to other families looking for a laid-back, family-friendly place in Alcúdia. We’d love to come back someday!

The reception was magnificient. The food and beverage staff took very well care with of us. thank you to the wonderful public relations Magda for asking if it's everything fine. We don't doubt that we come back again!

Muy buena atención en recepción. La localización es perfecta, solo 200 mts. de la playa, a poco mts. de la avenida con muchas tiendas, parada de bus y restaurantes. Cambio de toallas y orden del cuarto casi todos los días. El apartamento bien ubicado sobre calle lateral no tan ruidoso como los que dan a la avenida. Apartamento bien equipado con lo indispensable para cocinar. Nos hizo falta una kettle y la pedimos en recepción. Los jardines y la zona de piscinas muy bonitos. Muy bueno para familias con niños.
