Alcudia Garden Aparthotel

Amazing stay exactly like the photos! Location is near to the beach and also A32 at the bus stop can bring you to the airport.

Location was perfect as hotel close to beach and restaurants. Room was basic, beds were comfy but sofabed i felt was extremely hard to open/close and at times dangerous. If self catering not much to cook food on. Pool water was extremley cold but very clean and garden surroundings were very pleasant. Hotel is a cashless place but does have game machines which take cash but unless you go to shop and get change there is no way of the kids playing the pool table etc. Kids club looked good but i had a teenager and the week we were there we had no notification of the teenage club activities..

We had a great stay here. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really good. The usual Spanish breakfast abroad. Hotel was really clean and the rooms to. Lovely clean pool and a nice indoor pool. Animation staff really nice and great fun. Close to the beach Would stay again.

The was our first stay at the Alcudia Garden and we absolutely loved it. Check in was efficient and friendly and pool view room 3135 was perfect for us with the three kids aged 7, 4 and 2. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the maids do a great job, the bathroom was a good size and there was a small kitchen with a fridge which was very handy for water etc. The pool area was fantastic with two well designed pools, plenty sun beds for everyone and some fantastic day time entertainment such as water mat, inflatable slide and a poolside comic magician who was tremendous, really enjoyed his act. We were half board and the food was incredible everyday, the hotel operated beyond its three star rating in this department in my opinion and credit to the chefs and catering staff! The choice was so varied, themed nights excellent and food always well presented, hot and very tasty. We loved the area surrounding the hotel, plenty shops and supermarkets nearby, beach 80 meters away and a nice promenade with restaurants and bars meant there was always something to see and do at night. If you have young kids check out the nice arcade 100 yards beyond the Hiper Dino, good fun. We are already planning to return next year! Well done all at AG’s and thank you for a great holiday.

Impressed on arrival - speedy check in, friendly staff and the room (self catering) was clean and functional with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool is lovely - big, well maintained, not too cold and very relaxed - kids can play ball games, jump in, have lilos etc which not all hotels permit now. Location is good - 2 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and the harbour a 10 minute walk. We also walked to the old town which is one straight road and took us around 20 minutes each way. All in all pretty good. My only gripes ... 1) the corridors in the hotel look really scruffy- marks on the walls, generally tatty and food leftovers were sat on tables in the corridors for full days which is unpleasant to walk past everything you leave / return to your room. 2) the drinks are terrible - we threw our cocktails .. mojito and pina colada - in the bin they were that bad 3) sunbeds sunbeds sunbeds. As usual, towels on every bed before 8am and around 3 people actually using the beds before 10.30. Photos added. The hotel claim they don't allow reserving but they don't start work until 10 so by the time they've done their rounds, left notes on beds and returned to see if anyone is using them it's mid afternoon and a couple more people have turned up. Even if one person is sat with 7 empty beds the hotel dont move towels if that one person says the other 7 are with them... we saw people reserving beds for all the family - 12 beds on one occasion- but only 4 of those were used that day and they were happy to leave other guests sat on the grass with the ants ! All in all the hotel was OK and I would recommend if the corridors are tidied up - providing you dont want a day around the pool and are happy with the beach.
