Our stay at welcome by ITC was nothing but AMAZING!!! The service, the staff, the amenities, the view from the hotel , everything was breathtaking. I loved the special care and amazing experience provided by each and every member of the hotel. Huge thanks to Mr Anuj, Mr Bala, Mr Cyril, Ms prathima, Mr plato and other staff members for making our trip so memorable . I would love to visit this place again and spend time with my family. Truly excellent.

Our stay here was extremely disappointing and far from what one would expect from an ITC property. The check-in process was horrifying. The staff member who assisted us seemed completely unfit for the role, making what should have been a simple process stressful and unpleasant. The rooms were another letdown — not hygienic, poorly maintained, and certainly not up to the ITC brand standards. Despite my request for a closer room due to mobility issues, I was allotted the farthest one, which only added to the frustration. The room size and overall upkeep were also below expectations. The property has just one restaurant. While that’s limiting, I must highlight that the restaurant staff were the only positive aspect of this stay. They were prompt, warm, and genuinely hospitable. A special shout-out to Prathima, who made the dining experience memorable with her attentive service and friendly approach. Unfortunately, apart from the restaurant team, there is nothing good about this place. I would not recommend staying here
