Horrible service, rooms stink, incompetent staff. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every next door. Location is horrible, view from the window on semi-destroyed buildings. Restaurant smells like bleach, however food and service was excellent. Looks like mold on the walls. Bed bugs in the rooms. Avoid like a plague.

Room was not spacious enough. Wood work were all falling apart. Broken furnitures and bad odour in all places. Food was the worst part. Most of the time food was not prepared freshly, it was cooked atleast a week before and stored in fridge. Most of the food on menu were not available. A below average hotel at premium price.

Staff is not very courteous, don't feel very welcome here.
Pool is in basement and no proper ventilation. Basement is hot and not worth swimming.

Good hotel, nicely located, i like the bakery shop near the hotel. The staffs were cordial. Nice breakfast. But could add variety.

Excellent hotel. Good service ks. Neat and clean room. I stayed in suite room. Which was very big and comfortable. Location is ok. In city. No views. But for family it is good.

We had a great stay for couple of nights in the Executive rooms. The ambience is good and the staff are very helpful and well mannered. The rooms were cozy with all the necessary amenities. We were also provided with a fruit basket. The buffet breakfast is amazing with lot of choices. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The persons manning the front desk were always ready to help.

Rooms little short.. and special bathrooms .. food is good .. need more options in breakfast , always neat the rooms are, hygiene etc............. Very good and descent hotel.. Thank you .. ..........................................
