Costello Hotels Port Augusta

I stayed in the loft apartment last night and was blown away by its beauty. It felt like a new York style apartment l absolutely loved it. Couldn't believe l was in Port Augusta. The codes to get in everywhere was a bit annoying but worth it in thecend. Highly recommended 👌

Terrible sound proof between room's, stayed at room 6. Heard everything and every neighbour move. one thin door in between. Thought room was clean, fresh upgrade, though without window. Won't be back for any money. Not recommended.

There was no staff to greet you anywhere bcoz the checkin is all done by email and it was all keypads on doors.

We recently stayed at Costello Hotel in Port Augusta and found it to be a decent option for a short stopover. The hotel appears newly renovated, with modern interiors and clean, comfortable rooms. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was clean but the sink was weird. The bathroom cabinet over a half sink does not work. Either knock your head or spill water all over the bathroom floor. The self-check-in process was convenient, but a little confusing at first. With no staff on-site, it took a few minutes to get everything sorted. Parking was available, though not directly outside our room, which could be a slight inconvenience for those with lots of luggage. The location is good for travelers passing through — close to the highway and a short drive to shops and places to eat. It's not a luxury stay, but it gets the job done if you're looking for a clean, quiet place to rest. Overall, Costello Hotel offers fair value for money. It’s modern, tidy, and functional, though a bit impersonal due to the self-service setup. We'd stay here again if passing through the area.
