Nasty hotel carpet not clean, roach sat by my door for 2 days was never picked up, dirty rag left in the bathroom along with hair. It’s just ghetto.

Tv was too small (42”) for the size and price of this room. (Triple hot tub room) Besides that the internet was clicking in and out for our entire two night stay. We had to keep resetting it and then sign back in. Room could use some updating. Especially in the bathroom. Holes in the door, paint coming off the porcelain tub. Towel rack broken/ missing. But considering the price and reviews. It’s about typical. Would stay here again..

The facility needs to be updated. There was old carpeting, cracks in sheetrock, and caulking in bathroom area was bad. However, the bedding and bath area was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We went to the lobby for breakfast cause was included at 8:30 a.m (open til 9 a.m) and everything was gone. We only were able to prepare waffles...
After us some other families went to have breakfast and they left empty stomachs.

When visiting the area we always stay here. In the past we have always had a wonderful experience. However this time was anything but. 3 nights and not one time was our room cleaned. We booked 2 rooms and neither was cleaned nor were we given clean towels. Since we were on the go we figured we would address the situation at the desk but was met with a sign saying would be back in 10 minutes. Waited over 30. That happened twice. Tried calling no Answer. The pool and grounds were disgusting . Rotten apple floating in pool and looked like it never had been cleaned. Will never stay here again.

Staff was attentive and nice. Rooms and pool were clean. Rooms quite no highway or outside noise. The hot water never ran out and their were 5 of us who showered back to back. The room got cool and stayed cool, blankets were thick and warm. Breakfast had great options and staff did a good job keeping it stocked and clean!
