I made my reservation for the wrong day. I realized the mistake the fooling day and when I called back the following day they were able to change the day, but they wanted $100.00 more for the remove. refused to pay it so I told them to cancel the room so they called the Hotel and spoke to the General Manager and he reduce the price to the original price quoted. I am happy he did. I needed a handy room and the room hey had could not have been nicer and the hotel staff was great. We stay there again.

What a pleasant surprise. The hotel management and front desk staff were present and attentive, prompt and personable. The room was much larger than anticipated with all amenities needed for an extended stay, but for the price of an overnight hotel room. It was a pleasant experience.

Requested early check inn but due to hotel busy earlier day they denied. But based on request as early morning flight they worked out and make one room cleaned in no time and checked in me.. was a great experience. During my stay I got housekeeping services every other day without even requesting that was awesome… During breakfast the staff was so friendly and great was nice experience. And their newly renovated rooms are cheery on cake..

Staff Was very friendly , breakfast Was so delicious, Overall it was clean and comfortable stay. I was upgraded to suite upon check in, that made our Day. Also offered complimentary snacks and beverages.

Seba at the front desk was rude. There was a discrepancy with the rate quoted, and right away, she was defensive and rude. Finding a solution, or making the guest happy is not her concern. For this reason, as often I visit Family here, I will never return this place as the priority is not customer satisfaction but rather Pennies on the dollar. The Hilton Corporate office, however, is great and upheld the standard of Hilton properties. I think this location is privately owned, as the rooms were dated also.
