AWFUL EXPERIENCE.. would not recommend!! We had booked a two-night stay, but the place was so dirty we couldn't even stay one night. Talked to the front desk about a refund since we were not able to stay due to dirty sheets on the bed, mold in the bathroom, and a dirty, stained potty seat. Was told a manager would call me to resolve the issue and never got a call back. Beware of false advertising..

I called ahead and asked if there was a "German" roach problem opposed to a palmetto bug issue and was assured they had zero German roaches and they are crawling in our living area and restroom. Disgusting... Also, the lady at the front desk was snarky to my husband when we arrived. Not a fan. It is a great location, but the floor is caving in and nobody answers the phone for these complains. I feel like I need to sleep with a raid can or in my car.

Great place!!
What a nice property compared to a hotel! Bed was comfortable, AC worked well! It was nice having a real kitchen. Its basically a one bedroom apartment. 2 small pools; one was shallower for kids. It was also nice and quiet. I only heard my neighbor once when they dropped something heavy. Its about 3 blocks from the beach in downtown Port A. I will definitely be back!

The room was clean and well appointed. Had what we needed. Great size and bed was very comfortable. Best location for our needs. Easy stay. Was first time and already booked for our next stay in November.

Very nice home-like place. Great pool. convent to beach. nice burger bar on corner. convenience store one door down the other way.
