"The resort offers the most beautiful view of Lake Lugano. The food is Michelin star worthy for sure. All the staff is extremely friendly. The cleanliness is superlative. I recommend this experience for someone who appreciates 5 star service, down to the smallest details. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. A big plus is the breakfast in the room or on the terrace. Must try their premium gin."

"we’re really disappointed with the hotel room we were given. The room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos and descriptions on the website compared to reality, the room is outdated, poor condition and dirty. This discrepancy feels misleading and not in line with the booking terms. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and amenities, and we are extremely disappointed with what we’ve received. We have paid $470 euros a night to get a horrible experience. We have shared our feedback with the hotel, instead they get super defensive versus trying to work things out for us. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Everything started well with the *********** reservation, when we arrived we took possession of the apartment, the view of the lake was exceptional, we said to ourselves wow!!! It's going to be great, well in our case not at all, the residence is far from clean, the view of the lake gives you the benefit of a top location just above the bar where small parties are organized with crazy decibels until at least 11 a.m. and more because we had an evening that lasted until 3 a.m. and it was impossible to sleep. Mountain holidays are not about being in Ibiza. The rest of the area is great but I won't be coming back here again."
